Description
If the Registrant wishes to surrender the registration certificate, the Registrant shall submit an application to this service with assurance that the status of the regulated materials in inventory list stated as custody transfer
Required Documents
- 30 days before registration certificate surrender, a proof must be submitted of Facility Decommissioning completion pursuant to the requirements as set forth in FANR-REG-21, where applicable
- Demonstration that the Registrant is no longer in possession of Regulated Materials for which the registration certificate was granted
- Demonstration that the Registrant has fulfilled all the obligations as set out in the registration certificate
