The evaluation of safety, security or safeguards concerns from industry workers or other stakeholders is part
of FANR's efforts to accomplish this mission.
If there is anything that causes an immediate safety, security or safeguards concern,
please refer to the guidance in the Emergency section below.
For other concerns, please refer to the guidance in the Non-Emergency section below.

- any accident relating to radioactive materials that impacts upon public safety
- lost or damaged radioactive materials
- any threat, theft, smuggling, vandalism or terrorist activity related to radioactive materials
The Emergency Duty Officer is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to your phone call and address your concern.
A 'non-emergency' relates to any concern involving a nuclear reactor, nuclear fuel facility or any radioactive material and any such concern can be reported by email to email@example.com
