One of the fundamental goals of FANR is to have fully qualified personnel, who understand the facilities, equipment, processes and activities of the programmes they inspect and license, as well as the criteria, techniques and mechanics involved in inspection and licensing.
FANR is committed to ensuring the availability of the required number of qualified employees, particularly Emirati employees, who have the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to carry out the operational programmes that focus on safety. In order to achieve this, FANR will draw up forecasts of its staffing and training requirements to ensure that employees have the appropriate technical and management skills. FANR will train and develop its employees, in particular Emiratis, to carry out their tasks to the required safety standards in order to prepare them for relevant positions that match their assessed potential.
